Individual Insurance | Electronic contract delivery is now possible!

The delivery of insurance contracts to clients is simpler than ever by means of electronic delivery! 

Along with EVO and the Business Tracker, electronic delivery of contracts is the finishing touch to our constantly evolving non-face-face-to-face sales process. Stay on the lookout for notifications sent by iA Financial Group – you will save time and increase efficiency!

IN A NUTSHELL | A fresh approach to contract delivery

Contracts submitted through EVO Contracts submitted through Assure&go

Notification(s) sent to the advisor:

  • An email or text message in the Business Tracker notifying the advisor of necessary actions concerning electronic contracts or policy inception date.
  • If required, download and send us back the signed amendments directly within the Business Tracker.
  • Confirm that the client accepts the contract.

 Client contracts:

  • Clients can access their contracts in My Client Space.

The advisor and MGA can consult all information at all times in the Business Tracker.

All contracts issued between March 17th and June 12th and not yet delivered will be gradually generated up until August 15th.

The advisor will be notified of necessary action(s) in the Business Tracker:

  • Inform clients that their contract is now available in My Client Space.
  • Confirm that the clients accept the contract in the Business Tracker.

Contrats issued before March 17th: 

These contracts have been sent to the MGA. The advisor must deliver the contract to the client, have them sign the acknowledgement of receipt, confirm that the client accepts the contract and then send it back to us.

Notification(s) sent to the advisor:

  • An email to the advisor and the MGA to notify them of necessary actions to bring the policy into force.
  • The documents to be signed will be attached to the email (password-protected PDF in a second email)
  • Send back the signed documents to iA as per the instructions provided in the email.


Client contracts:

  • Clients receive their contracts by mail. 

The advisor and MGA can consult the contract at all times within the My Business tab on Assure&go.
 

For all contracts issued between March 17th and June 12th:

  • Clients will receive their contract by mail.
The advisor and MGA can consult the contract at all times within the My Business tab on Assure&go.
Requirements could be a client’s signature of an amendment or the payment of the initial premium.
