Insurance and Savings — 100% electronic transactions for contract administration

No need to manage paper forms anymore, you can now have your clients sign remotely with OneSpan, DocuSign or AdobeSign!

Electronic signature can be used on all our insurance and savings forms. In addition, our EVO Streamlining Insurance e-change tool is also now 100% electronic.

 

How to make 100% electronic administrative transactions

E-change tool offers a wide variety of transactions.

1- Fill-out a transaction in the e-change tool, then submit to iA. 

2- Extract the PDF file from the summary of changes submitted in the e-change tool.

3- Join this PDF file and the F1EA form pre-filled in the process for the electronic signature.

4- Submit the documents to the client while respecting the best practices for the use of an electronic signature.

5- Once the client has signed, extract the signed file from the signature tool and transfer it to the administrative team at the agency’s email.

EVO Simplifying savings offers a wide variety of transactions, including integrated electronic signature.

The transfer to iA is done automatically with EVO Simplifying savings.

Fillable forms

Conversion and dissociation (not available in E-change tool) : Add the electronic signature to our fillable forms available in the Document Centre of the Advisor Centre.

Change of beneficiary: The fillable form is now available in the Document Centre of the Advisor Centre. This change can also be submitted with the e-change tool.
